Ekameth 'Tay' Wipvasutti studied music at Mahidol University, then trained in Chiang Mai under the owner of Happy Espresso. He began roasting in 2013 because most beans available in Bangkok were dark roasts.
The roastery launched Thailand's first coffee concentrate in 2017 and works with farmers across Northern Thailand.
