The roasts run light, medium and dark. The light uses Ethiopian and Chiang Mai beans, the medium Pang Khon and Brazil, and the dark a Thep Sadej Thai coffee with chocolate and brown sugar notes. Carrot No. 1 tops espresso with cream cheese foam and sweet carrot cookie crumble.
The shop is on Ratchamanka Road in Chiang Mai's Old City, behind a black-framed glass front with perforated concrete panels above it, and folding chairs stand out on the pavement. Inside, the counter runs along the back wall of an open, concrete-floored room, with a timber staircase up to the second floor. A gravel courtyard with a tree lies behind, under a timber-framed roof edge.
Roasting
