Bew-Setthakan Weerakultaewan and Man-Atip Achalerttrakul started it as a small café called Factory Cafe & Brew Bar. Roasting is now done in-house, and Sirinya Coffee Farm in Chiang Rai supplies Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor grown at 1,300 to 1,500 metres.
Other single origins come from Ethiopia and Costa Rica. The signature Moscow is cold brew under milk foam, served in a skull-shaped glass.
