About

Chartree Treelerkul started Zana's Bean Coffee in Chiang Mai in 2001, popular with tourists, and remains Thailand's only SCAA Lead Instructor. Pacamara followed in 2009 under Peaberry Limited, with a GMP-certified roasting plant staffed by Q-graders.

Beans come from eleven countries, including Thai lots from Mae Chan and Doi Chang and Panamanian Geisha from Finca Auromar. The House Blend won the 2012 International Coffee Tasting Award in Italy, and the cafés use Slayer espresso machines.
