The name means 'balance' in Thai. Green beans come through Melbourne Coffee Merchants and Caravela Coffee, and the range runs from Ethiopian, Colombian and Bolivian single origins to seasonal Northern Thai lots.
The shop is a converted shophouse on Soi Sukhumvit 49/1, with a curved timber bench under a slatted pergola on the forecourt. Inside, a glass-walled roasting room at the back sits beside the seating, with sacks of green beans on racking, and two blue fluted counters carry the espresso machines and the till.
