Teerawat Buranaprasopchai and Maytika Panjaroen came home after four years as baristas in Australia and named the café for its narrow room and its single-origin focus. House espresso is roasted by Pobnar, and the pastries come from Australian bakery Conkey's.
The shop is one long room off Sukhumvit 69, running back from a glass shopfront to the bar at the far end, with ribbed translucent panels down one side and a built-in bench along the other. A few seats and potted plants stand out front.
