Chiang Mai cafe group that began on the Agriculture CMU campus.

Blue Coffee says the idea came from the pandemic, when people had few places to work and routines turned monotonous. It describes itself as a third place and co-working space, and states that high-quality drinks should not be expensive.

The brand's website lists eight branches, including One Bangkok, and links to a Shopee store.

At this shop

The shop stands between the Faculty of Agriculture building and the students' planting plots at CMU, with a gravel path across the grass to the door and glass walls onto the fields. Inside, timber booths fill a hall under a pitched timber ceiling, with a row of desk lamps along a window slot and a wood-lattice screen behind the bar. Stools stand outside on a deck by the glass doors.
